The convention takes place on June 27–28, 2026 at Trojhalí Ostrava ↗, Ostrava, Czechia.

Is the event accessible?
Yes, the entire venue is fully wheelchair-accessible and suitable for visitors with limited mobility.
Will there be a cloakroom or luggage storage?
No, a cloakroom will not be available. Keep valuables with you.
Will there be food and drinks on site?
Yes. The food zone will offer a variety of meals.
Is there a quiet zone or meeting room?
You can relax in the food zone, outside, or in the nearby shopping centre.
Can I pay by card inside the venue?
Yes — card payments should be accepted everywhere.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available. Login information will be displayed throughout the venue.
Is smoking OK?
Yes but only outside. Inside is smoking and also vaping forbidden.
Is the event family-friendly?
Yes, there will be attractions for everyone.
Are pets allowed?
You may bring a small pet with you under certain conditions (a small pet means a cat, dog, rabbit, etc.).
First of all, you must comply with the operating rules of Trojhalí Karolina (https://trojhali.cz/ke-stazeni.html).
If you bring a dog to the event, it must be kept on a leash at all times in indoor areas and must wear a muzzle.
If the animal is carried in a bag or handbag, it must be properly secured so that it cannot escape, bite anyone, or cause a disturbance.
You are required to follow the instructions of the organizers and security staff. Animals must not roam freely and must not endanger or disturb other visitors.
Please note that the festival may include loud music or sudden noises (e.g. during knight shows), which may be stressful or harmful for animals. You are also responsible for ensuring your pet has sufficient access to water and food.
In case of any damage to exhibitions or property caused by your pet, you bear full responsibility. You are also obliged to clean up after your animal if it soils any area.
